There’s a t-rex in Leiden. One of the most famous dinosaurs is named Trix. And she has a semi-permanent place in Naturalis: a museum in Leiden. That’s a bit bizarre, isn’t it? During the cretaceous era, the tyrannosaurus only traversed the US. So, Trix doesn’t just attract tourists, she’s a tourist herself! The big lady is a real globetrotter. Between 2017 and 2019, the dinosaur made a posthumous journey through many countries in Europe.
